Spring Clean Up & Mulching
Getting an early start on spring clean up and mulching will limit the effort required to keep your landscape weed free throughout the summer season. Our spring clean up is not the average that everyone offers. At Emerson, we are licensed applicators and are legally able to apply pre and post emergent weed control applications to your landscape beds to tame the weeds before we lay premium hardwood mulch. Once the weeds are taken care of, we remove sticks, debris and trim the necessary shrubs for the season. We then edge the landscape beds and lastly install premium hardwood mulch in either black or brown.

Emerson Lawn & Landscape is a Pennsylvania Certified Applicator with the Department of Agriculture. Our landscape maintenance programs are designed to provide our clients with a weed-free property utilizing products that minimize environmental impact. We offer a 6 application package for lawn weed control and fertilizing. Aeration & over seeding are popular add-ones to this program. We also provide programs for disease and insect control. Hardscape Construction (Design & Build)
Emerson Lawn & Landscape is an ICPI (interlocking concrete paver institute) educated contractor who is capable of building walkways, patios and small retaining walls to industry standards ensuring a quality construction. A walkway or patio can transform your outdoor living space. From the design to the installation we utilize our experience and clients wants to build a project that will bring years of enjoyment. HOA Maintenance
Homeowner associations call for a professional firm, who has the man power and experience to offer the quality and reliability property managers expect and require. Emerson Lawn & Landscape has years of experience dealing with HOA's and have had retured business from many. We tailor a maintenance schedule and contract that covers your sites specific needs. Our typical contract includes monthly weeding, seasonal clean up (spring & fall), mulching and seasonal bedding plants (spring, summer and fall). We also offer lawn mowing and snow & ice management to our HOA clients if the site requires these services.
Fall Clean Up & Curbside Pick up
We offer two types of leaf removal services. We provide the man power and equipment to free the beds, landscaping and turf of leaves/debris and haul the leaves away from your site. We also offer homeowner curbside pick up for those that wish to do their own leaves but have no where to dispose of them. Simply make a pile at the curb and call us to come haul it away
Snow & Ice Management
We specialize in snow and ice management for HOA's, private roads, residential driveways and small commercial business. We offer 24/hr service keeping contracted lots, driveways and private roadways free of snow and ice throughout the winter season. We understand that snow removal is a liability to property owners as well as a chore and labor intensive. Contracting with a firm like Emerson is easy and headache free. We monitor the weather reports constantly and are on call the entire winter season. From a dusting to a blizzard we mobilize our operation while you sit back and relax.
